Specialized tracking implementation and ongoing technical support for your client funnels.
Bring in a technical partner for custom conversion tracking while your agency focuses on advertising strategy, campaign management and client relationships.
Funnel Guard combines implementation around each client's funnel with supported monitoring, reasonable technical maintenance, investigation of supported issues and covered repairs within the agreed scope. Your client retains ownership of the infrastructure built for their business.
Your agency manages advertising strategy and campaigns. Our role is the agreed tracking implementation and ongoing technical management supporting the client's paid-traffic funnel.
Engaging a specialized technical partner reduces the implementation and maintenance tasks your agency needs to handle internally. You have support from a partner who understands the agreed tracking architecture and how its components work together, without making tracking maintenance the responsibility of your campaign team alone.
The technical work is scoped around the client's funnel, technology stack, conversion paths and business requirements. It complements your agency's advertising management; it does not replace it or guarantee campaign results.
We design tracking around the client's actual conversion journey rather than apply the same generic installation to every funnel.
Where appropriate, Google Tag Manager forms part of the agreed browser-side configuration. Conversion-event mapping and relevant funnel or CRM integration requirements inform the implementation.
The architecture may include server-side Google Tag Manager, Stape and supported server-side infrastructure, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API where appropriate to the client's environment and agreed scope.
Components are selected for the client architecture. We do not promise universal platform compatibility or prescribe the same stack for every engagement.
We test the implemented configuration, review supported tracking behavior and address identified issues before completing implementation. Testing and validation apply to the agreed client configuration and scope.

Your clients need tracking designed around their actual sales funnels, not another generic installation.
Funnel Guard tailors the agreed tracking architecture, conversion-event mappings, configuration and validation to each client's funnel, CRM and technical requirements.
Your agency can focus on advertising strategy, campaign management and client relationships while we handle the agreed tracking implementation and technical management.
Supported implementations can include safeguards against repeated conversion events, such as Purchase events firing again when someone refreshes a confirmation page.
We also coordinate browser-side and server-side event identifiers to support deduplication.
These safeguards reduce common duplication risks but cannot guarantee that every duplicate will be prevented.
Where appropriate, first-party loading, server-side infrastructure and cookie-continuity techniques can reduce signal loss from certain ad blockers and browser restrictions, including Safari.
These techniques cannot eliminate every restriction or replace applicable consent and data-handling requirements.
For compatible CRM systems, appropriately configured email links can help restore an established tracking identity when someone returns through another browser or device.
This supports continuity for the agreed customer journey without guaranteeing complete cross-device attribution or Meta event delivery.
For compatible CRMs, Funnel Guard can configure an additional safeguard using an independent purchase-confirmation signal.
If normal CAPI transmission success has been recorded, no recovery event is sent.
If success has not been recorded, the system checks whether a fallback is appropriate and uses the original conversion identity to support deduplication.
This architecture has been implemented and tested in controlled Kartra scenarios. GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms require individual compatibility assessment and validation.
An absent normal transmission-success signal does not prove that Meta missed the original event. Recovery and deduplication cannot be guaranteed in every failure scenario.
CRM recovery is considered within the existing custom implementation when technically compatible and explicitly included in the agreed scope. No separate recovery pricing tier is introduced. Existing expansion and third-party subscription rules continue to apply.
The client retains ownership of the tracking infrastructure independently of continued subscription.
The managed service provides technical oversight and reasonable maintenance of the tracking implementation we originally delivered. We investigate supported technical issues detected during the monitoring period and provide covered repairs subject to the agreed conditions.
Covered repairs apply when all four conditions are met:
The problem relates to the tracking implementation we originally delivered.
The issue is within our control.
The work falls within the agreed maintenance scope.
The managed service is active.
This provides an ongoing technical management layer for client funnels, rather than leaving the agency to manage every maintenance task internally. New functionality, major architecture changes and work outside the included repair scope are reviewed separately.

Funnel Guard performs recurring checks of supported page availability and tracking conditions agreed for the client implementation. Monitoring is the detection layer; human investigation and covered repairs belong to the managed-service package.
Email alerts are sent when Funnel Guard confirms a failure in a monitored condition. An alert identifies a supported condition needing attention; it does not, by itself, establish the cause or complete a repair.
Separate periodic Funnel Health Reports summarize monitoring results over the reporting period. These summaries are distinct from incident email alerts.
A successful check establishes only the supported signal or condition monitored. It does not certify every GTM tag or trigger, conversion event, deduplication result, attribution path, form or checkout interaction. Browser-side evidence does not verify downstream Meta CAPI delivery or overall advertising-platform performance.
Standalone monitoring does not include implementation, technical investigation or repairs. Managed service does not guarantee perfect attribution, lower CPM, higher ROAS or specific advertising outcomes.
The client owns the tracking infrastructure built for their business. The recurring fee pays for monitoring, technical management, maintenance and the included repair scope.
Client ownership does not depend on keeping the managed-service subscription active. The relationship does not make the client dependent on continued access to infrastructure owned by us.
USD $450/month
12-month agreement. First funnel implementation included. No upfront implementation fee.
Our recommended option spreads the implementation cost across the managed relationship through a single monthly payment structure.
USD $1,500 upfront implementation fee plus USD $300/month managed service
Month-to-month managed service. The upfront fee covers implementation for the first funnel.
Both options provide the same underlying implementation quality and managed-service scope. The difference is the payment structure and commitment, not the level of service.
Additional funnel implementation is USD $750 when the new funnel uses the same general client infrastructure and platform stack.
A funnel is a distinct conversion journey or offer requiring its own configuration, event mappings, testing and validation. Multiple pages may belong to one funnel. There is currently no additional monthly fee per funnel under the managed-service offers.
Each engagement and funnel architecture is reviewed. The additional-funnel price is not a blanket allowance for unrelated client infrastructure.
The following are reviewed and quoted separately:
New platforms or CRM migrations.
Additional advertising platforms.
New tracking functionality or materially different conversion-event requirements.
Major changes to funnel architecture.
Substantial remediation caused by third-party changes, external developers or systems outside our control.
Third-party subscription costs, including services such as Stape.
No. Your agency continues to manage advertising strategy and campaigns. We provide the agreed tracking implementation and technical management that complements that work.
Yes. Google Tag Manager may be one component of a custom architecture. Supported server-side infrastructure, Meta Pixel, CAPI and relevant integrations are included where appropriate to the agreed client implementation.
No. Monitoring checks selected supported conditions. Investigation and covered repairs are separate technical work under the managed service, limited to the originally delivered implementation, our control, the agreed scope and an active managed relationship.
We review each engagement and funnel architecture. The USD $750 additional-funnel price applies to the same general client infrastructure and platform stack, not to unrelated client environments automatically.
No. The client retains ownership of the infrastructure built for their business independently of continued subscription.
Let's review your client funnel architecture, implementation needs and ongoing technical workload to identify the appropriate scope for the engagement.
