Tracking Infrastructure Designed for Your Business

Professional implementation and ongoing support for businesses running paid traffic.

Get tracking architecture designed around your actual conversion journey, with a technical partner to handle the agreed implementation and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

Start with Your Funnel and Business Requirements

We review your offer, conversion paths, technology stack, and business requirements before deciding how the tracking should be configured. The result is a custom implementation rather than a generic installation.

Connect the Appropriate Components

The agreed architecture may use Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM, Stape and supported server-side infrastructure, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API. Relevant funnel, CRM, and conversion-event integrations are considered for your environment.

Test and Validate the Implementation

We test the configured implementation, review supported tracking behavior, and address identified issues before completing the initial work. Validation is tied to the agreed configuration and scope.

Maintain It After Launch

The managed service combines ongoing technical oversight, reasonable maintenance, investigation of supported issues detected during monitoring, and covered repairs. This reduces your dependence on managing every tracking detail internally.

Covered repairs apply to the tracking implementation we originally delivered, when the issue is within our control, the managed service is active, and the work falls within the agreed scope.

Tracking Built for How Your Customers Buy

Your tracking should reflect how customers move through your sales funnel, not force your business into a generic, self-service setup.

Funnel Guard handles the agreed technical implementation, tailoring event mappings, configuration and validation to your actual conversion journey and CRM. Proven engineering components are used where appropriate, but the implementation is designed around your business.

Reduce Common Duplicate Conversion Reports

Supported implementations can include safeguards against repeated events, such as a Purchase being reported again when someone refreshes a confirmation page.

We also coordinate browser-side and server-side conversion identifiers to support deduplication.

These safeguards are designed to reduce duplicate reporting, not guarantee that every duplicate is prevented.

Improve Resilience Across Browsers

Where appropriate, first-party loading, server-side infrastructure and cookie-continuity techniques can reduce signal loss caused by certain ad blockers and browser restrictions, including Safari.

These techniques cannot eliminate every restriction or replace applicable consent and data-handling requirements.

Reconnect Returning Customers

For compatible CRM systems, properly configured customer email links can help restore an established tracking identity when someone returns through another browser or device.

This supports continuity for an agreed customer journey without guaranteeing complete cross-device attribution or Meta event delivery.

Add a CRM-Assisted Recovery Safeguard

For compatible CRMs, Funnel Guard can configure an additional safeguard using an independent purchase-confirmation signal.

If normal CAPI transmission success has been recorded, no recovery event is sent.

If success has not been recorded, the system checks whether a fallback is appropriate and uses the original conversion identity to support deduplication.

This architecture has been implemented and tested in controlled Kartra scenarios. GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms require individual compatibility assessment and validation.

An absent normal transmission-success signal does not prove that Meta missed the original event. Recovery and deduplication cannot be guaranteed in every failure scenario.

CRM recovery is considered within the existing custom implementation when technically compatible and explicitly included in the agreed scope. No separate recovery pricing tier is introduced. Existing expansion and third-party subscription rules continue to apply.

Understand the Supported Monitoring Results

Funnel Guard performs recurring checks of supported page availability and tracking conditions agreed for your implementation.

Email Alerts: notifications when a monitored failure is confirmed.

Funnel Health Reports: periodic summaries of monitoring results over the reporting period, separate from incident alerts.

A successful check establishes only the specific supported signal checked. It does not certify every conversion, tag, trigger, attribution path, or advertising-platform process end to end.

Retain Ownership of Your Infrastructure

You own the tracking infrastructure built for your business. The recurring fee pays for monitoring, management, maintenance, and the agreed repair scope. Cancelling the service does not remove your ownership.

Choose How to Pay for the Same Managed Service

Managed Tracking Partnership

$450/month

12-month agreement. First funnel implementation included. No upfront implementation fee.

Setup + Managed Service

$1,500 one-time implementation fee + $300/month

Month-to-month managed service.

Both options provide the same underlying quality of implementation and ongoing managed-service scope. The difference is the payment structure and commitment.

Expansion Is Separate from Maintenance

Additional funnel implementation is $750 when the new funnel uses the same general client infrastructure and platform stack. A funnel is a distinct conversion journey or offer requiring its own configuration, event mappings, testing, and validation. Multiple pages may belong to one funnel. There is currently no additional monthly fee per funnel under the managed-service offers.

New platforms or CRM migrations, additional advertising platforms, new tracking functionality, materially different conversion-event requirements, major funnel architecture changes, substantial remediation caused by external changes or systems outside our control, and third-party subscriptions such as Stape are quoted separately.

Business Questions

Do I need to manage all the tracking technology myself?

No. We handle the agreed custom implementation and provide ongoing technical management under the managed-service package. You retain ownership of the infrastructure.

What if I already have tracking installed?

The standalone monitoring-only service may suit an existing supported setup. It does not include implementation, technical investigation, or repairs. Compatibility and scope are reviewed during onboarding.

Does this guarantee perfect attribution or higher ROAS?

No. We provide scoped implementation, validation, monitoring, and maintenance. Advertising results, lower CPM, and perfect attribution are not guaranteed.
