Know When a Monitored Page or Tracking Signal Fails

Independent monitoring for supported paid-traffic infrastructure already in place.

Funnel Guard checks selected page availability and tracking conditions, sends email alerts for confirmed monitored failures, and provides periodic Funnel Health Reports. The monitoring-only service is our entry-level option.

Monitor the Signals Your Environment Supports

Compatibility and monitoring coverage are reviewed during onboarding. We agree what will be monitored on each selected page before activation. Support is page-specific, including for GoHighLevel pages; it is not a blanket promise for every page or funnel.

Page Availability

Checks establish whether the monitored URL responds successfully to Funnel Guard’s configured request. A successful response does not prove the page looks correct or that forms, buttons, checkout, or JavaScript interactions work.

GTM Configuration Evidence

Funnel Guard checks supported GTM installation or configuration evidence. Where explicitly enabled and safe, reviewed runtime checks may establish supported browser-side evidence. A positive result does not verify every GTM tag, trigger, data-layer rule, consent rule, container identity, or published version.

Meta Pixel Configuration Evidence

Funnel Guard checks supported Meta browser configuration evidence. Where explicitly enabled and safe, contained runtime observation may establish supported browser-side evidence. Configuration evidence does not validate a single intended Pixel ID or every conversion event. An observed browser request does not prove that Meta received, processed, accepted, attributed, or reported an event.

Additional Reviewed Monitoring Modes

Where a server-side environment has been specifically reviewed and safely configured, monitoring may check whether GTM is observed loading or initializing and whether the browser attempts a page_view-shaped request to the configured tagging-server hostname.

This does not establish that a server-side client processed the request, a server tag fired, or Meta CAPI or GA4 delivery succeeded downstream. Additional monitoring modes are not universally available.

Alerts and Reports Serve Different Purposes

Email Alerts

Incident notifications are sent for confirmed monitored failures. Indeterminate tracking results are not reported as confirmed failures.

Periodic Funnel Health Reports

Separate reports summarize monitoring results over the reporting period. They describe the conditions checked and results observed over time; they do not certify end-to-end funnel or advertising-platform performance.

What Monitoring Does Not Certify

  • Every GTM tag, trigger, or conversion event.

  • End-to-end Meta CAPI delivery or platform receipt.

  • Complete attribution correctness.

  • Every checkout, form, or CTA interaction.

  • Overall advertising-platform performance.

  • Independent GA4 health.

A successful check establishes only the specific signal or condition monitored. Technical investigation is needed to determine the cause and impact of a failure.

Monitoring Only: $49/month

This is founding-pilot pricing, not a permanent public pricing guarantee. Coverage is reviewed during onboarding and kept appropriate to the supported environment. No universal page allowance is promised here.

Includes: recurring supported page availability and tracking-condition checks, email alerts for confirmed monitored failures, periodic Funnel Health Reports, and reviewed onboarding scope.

Excludes: tracking implementation, technical investigation, troubleshooting, and repairs. Slow-page monitoring is not part of the standard founding-pilot offer.

When You Need a Managed Service

Our managed-service packages add custom first-funnel implementation, technical oversight, reasonable maintenance, investigation of supported issues, and covered repairs to the originally delivered implementation within the agreed scope.

Monitoring-only provides the monitoring layer. It does not provide those implementation or repair services.

Monitoring Questions

Does a healthy result mean every conversion works?

No. Selected tracking evidence can remain present while a conversion trigger, form, attribution path, or downstream server integration fails.

Can you monitor an existing tracking setup?

Yes, when the requested page and conditions are supported. We review compatibility and agree coverage during onboarding.

Does monitoring investigate or fix failures?

No. Implementation, investigation, and repairs are excluded from monitoring-only. Covered investigation and repair work belongs to the managed-service packages.
