Professional conversion tracking implementation for businesses and advertising agencies.
We provide Google Tag Manager setup services and custom tracking implementation designed around your actual funnel, technology stack, conversion paths, and business requirements.
Your implementation may include Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM, Stape, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API where appropriate to the agreed architecture. We configure the selected components, test the agreed setup, and address identified issues before completing implementation.
Custom architecture. Scoped testing. Client-owned infrastructure.
Your funnel and conversion requirements determine the implementation. We begin with the structure of your funnel, the platforms you use, and the business requirements your tracking needs to support.
We define the agreed conversion events and how they relate to your offer and conversion journey. The event mappings guide the tracking configuration, testing, and validation for your funnel.
Your funnel architecture, existing technology stack, and relevant CRM integration requirements inform the configuration. The selected components depend on your environment and the agreed implementation scope.
Where appropriate, we configure Google Tag Manager as part of your browser-side tracking implementation, tailored to your funnel's conversion requirements rather than applying a generic setup.
GTM is one component of the broader tracking architecture. Where appropriate, the implementation also includes supported server-side tracking, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and relevant funnel or CRM integrations.
When the agreed architecture calls for supported server-side tracking, we configure server-side Google Tag Manager and appropriate infrastructure, including Stape where suitable for your environment.
The browser-side configuration, conversion-event mappings, and supported server-side configuration are considered together as part of the custom implementation. The choice of components depends on your business requirements and existing platform stack.
Third-party subscription costs, including Stape, are quoted separately.
Both managed-service payment options include custom implementation for the first funnel. Within the agreed scope, the implementation includes:
Tracking configuration designed around your funnel and business requirements.
The necessary conversion-event mappings for the agreed conversion journey.
Google Tag Manager and supported server-side configuration appropriate to the architecture.
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API configuration where appropriate.
Implementation testing and validation of the agreed configuration.
Addressing identified issues before completing the initial implementation.
These are the configured implementation and scoped technical work. The components and integrations are selected for your environment; the same technology stack is not prescribed for every funnel.
Your tracking implementation should follow your sales funnel, not force it into a generic template.
We tailor event mappings, configuration and validation to your conversion journey, CRM and technical requirements, using proven engineering components where appropriate.
Supported implementations can include safeguards against repeated conversion reporting, such as Purchase events firing again when someone refreshes a confirmation page.
When Meta Pixel and Conversions API report the same conversion, we coordinate event names and identifiers to support deduplication.
These safeguards reduce common duplication risks but cannot guarantee that every duplicate will be prevented.
Where appropriate, first-party loading, server-side infrastructure and cookie-continuity techniques can reduce signal loss from certain ad blockers and browser restrictions, including Safari.
These techniques cannot eliminate every restriction or replace applicable consent and data-handling requirements.
For compatible CRMs, properly configured customer email links can help restore an established tracking identity when someone returns using another browser or device.
This supports continuity across an agreed customer journey, without guaranteeing complete cross-device attribution or Meta event delivery.
For compatible CRM systems, Funnel Guard can configure an additional safeguard using an independent purchase-confirmation signal.
When normal CAPI transmission success has been recorded, no recovery event is sent.
If success has not been recorded, the system checks whether a fallback is appropriate. Only an eligible conversion can proceed using its original conversion identity and duplicate-prevention safeguards.
This recovery architecture has been implemented and tested in controlled Kartra scenarios. GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms require individual compatibility assessment and validation.
An absent normal transmission-success signal does not prove that Meta missed the original event. Recovery and deduplication cannot be guaranteed in every failure scenario.
CRM recovery is considered within the existing custom implementation when technically compatible and explicitly included in the agreed scope. No separate recovery pricing tier is introduced. Existing expansion and third-party subscription terms remain applicable.

We test the implemented configuration, review supported tracking behavior, and address identified issues before completing the initial implementation. Validation applies to the agreed configuration and scope.
Custom implementation does not guarantee perfect attribution, uninterrupted Meta CAPI delivery, advertising-platform optimization, lower CPM, or higher ROAS. Platform compatibility and implementation scope are reviewed for your environment.
Funnel Guard monitoring is separate from initial implementation testing. It checks specific supported page and tracking conditions agreed for your environment.
A successful monitoring result does not certify every GTM tag, trigger, conversion event, deduplication result, or attribution path. A browser-side signal does not establish that Meta CAPI delivery or downstream platform processing succeeded.
Review supported monitoring and its limitations.
You own the tracking infrastructure built for your business. Your ownership does not depend on maintaining a managed-service subscription with us.
After launch, the managed service combines Funnel Guard monitoring with technical oversight, reasonable maintenance, investigation of supported issues detected during monitoring, and covered repairs to the tracking implementation we originally delivered.
Covered repairs apply when the issue is within our control, the managed service is active, and the work falls within the agreed scope. Email alerts notify you of confirmed monitored failures. Separate periodic Funnel Health Reports summarize monitoring results over the reporting period.
The Managed Tracking Partnership and Setup + Managed Service provide the same underlying quality of implementation and ongoing service. Their payment structure and commitment differ.
Review the managed tracking service and Compare the approved payment structures.
New platforms or CRM migrations, additional advertising platforms, new tracking functionality, materially different conversion-event requirements, major funnel architecture changes, and substantial remediation caused by third-party changes or systems outside our control are reviewed and quoted separately.
Third-party subscriptions, including Stape, are separate from the managed-service fees.
No. We design the configuration around your actual funnel, conversion paths, technology stack, and business requirements. Google Tag Manager is part of the implementation where appropriate, rather than the entire service.
Yes, where appropriate to the agreed architecture and supported infrastructure. We review the implementation scope for your environment rather than promise universal platform compatibility.
Standalone Funnel Guard monitoring does not include implementation, technical investigation, troubleshooting, or repairs. Those implementation and technical-management services belong to the managed-service packages within the agreed scope.
A funnel is a distinct conversion journey or offer requiring its own tracking configuration, event mappings, testing, and validation. Multiple pages may belong to one funnel.
Additional funnel implementation is USD $750 when it uses the same general client infrastructure and platform stack. There is currently no additional monthly fee per funnel under the managed-service offers.
Let us review your funnel, technology stack, conversion paths, and business requirements to identify the appropriate implementation scope.
